Responding to a single email or requests can take anywhere from 15-30 mins or more. In order to maintain quality of support for all our users and continue development. We currently have set a reasonable use support limit of:
5 incoming support questions/week for the first 2 weeks
2 incoming support questions/week for the next 4 weeks
2 incoming support questions/month then onwards
Support does not include development. Anything beyond this we have a 1-month support plan which will add 5 incoming support requests per week to your existing limit. Please check our services section for pricing.
We are also under no obligation to add/accept/implement any new feature requests.
