Refund Policy

Please go though the demo and features, ask questions before you purchase if you are unsure or not clear. All products are sold "as is". You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued for whatever reason. Licensee shall not be, ever, entitled to any refund, rebate, compensation or restitution for any reason whatsoever, even if the MyPHPAuction software contains any flaws or defects. Please understand that any professional software will never be perfect and it is an ever continuing process.

Anything done is under our own prerogative. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

Included Support Policy

Responding to a single email or requests can take anywhere from 10-30 mins or more. In order to maintain quality of support for all our users and continue development. We currently have set a reasonable use support limit of:
  • 5 incoming emails/requests per day for the first 30 days
  • 2 incoming emails/request per day for the next 30 days
  • 3 incoming emails/requests per month then onwards
  • 10 incoming emails/request for 14 days after a new update, upgrade or release
Anything beyond this we have a 6-month support plan which adds 45 incoming emails/requests per month for 6 months to your existing limit. Please check our services section for pricing.

We are also under no obligation to add/accept/implement any new feature requests.
